IntelliBoard Pro offers a comprehensive Library that includes a variety of dashboards, reports, and charts designed to help you visualize and analyze your data effectively. This includes both default items created by IntelliBoard and datasets that have been curated and approved by your Organization.
My Datasets section allows you to store and quickly access your most important and frequently used datasets, making data retrieval more efficient and convenient.

 1. Tags:

Tags: Identify relevant datasets quickly with tags that identify roles that would most benefit.

 2. Filters:

Filters: Use the filters to quickly narrow the reports. Easily filter to view your personal reports, IntelliBoard defaults, or adjust the order of displayed datasets.

  • Created By: Quickly narrow your datasets to show only those created by IntelliBoard or by your Organization

  • Dataset Type: Filter your datasets to show by type: All Options, Dashboards, Table, Pie Charts, Bar Charts, Line Charts, Scatter Charts, or InForm Entry Forms. You can set multiple types or just one type.

  • Display Order: Have your Datasets display in the order that best works for you: Favorite, Most Popular, Newest, Oldest, Name A-Z, or Name Z-A.

 3. Visualizations:

Visualizations: Quickly identify and access datasets with thumbnail images of the data. Each tile includes a brief description when you hover over it to provide a snapshot of the dataset's contents and purpose, facilitating quicker navigation and selection.

 4. Search:

Search: Quickly find datasets related to search queries. When using the search function in “My Datasets,” related results from the Library are also displayed at the bottom of the page.

 5. View:

View: View the Library in Grid view, with thumbnail images, or in List View.

 6. Dataset Information:

Dataset Information: Hover over a Dataset Thumbnail in Grid View or over the Dataset Name in List View to display description of the dataset, tags, created and modified dates, and created by.

 7. Select Dataset:

Select Dataset: Check the box in the thumbnail or beside Dataset Name in List View to select the dataset. You can select multiple datasets. A blue Actions Bar will appear with available actions for the dataset(s) selected.

 8. Actions Bar:

Actions Bar: Displays the available actions for the selected datasets. Some actions are only available to administrators. Contact your admin for more information. This bar only appears after at least one dataset has been selected.

Show Selected First: Moves the selected dataset(s) to display first in the thumbnail grid.

Publish to the Library: Publishes the Dataset to your Organization’s Shared Library for other users in your Organization to have access to.

Clone: Creates a copy of the dataset.

Edit: Opens the dataset in the Visual Builder to make adjustments. Only available to users with Builder Permissions.

Delete: Deletes the dataset(s)

Cancel: Closes the Action Bar

List View:

 9. Columns:

Columns: List View shows all the datasets in a table that can sorted by each column

Name: Dataset Name. There is also a selection box to the left of the name to select dataset(s) for actions. A blue Actions Bar will appear when at least one dataset is selected.

Type: Displays the dataset type such as table, bar chart, or dashboard.

Owner: Displays the owner of the dataset, may appear as IntelliBoard, your Organization, or Personal for datasets that were created by you.

Created By: Displays the name of the creator of the dataset.

Status: This column displays the current status of published and unpublished datasets. 'Published' status indicates that a copy of the dataset is available in the library with organizational ownership.

Favorite: Quickly favorite your most used datasets.

Homepage: Set a dataset to be your homepage when you log in to IntelliBoard.

Views: See the total number of views for a specific dataset to see what your organization finds most useful.

Creation Date: Date dataset was created.

Modification Date: Most recent date dataset was modified.

Actions: Click the three dots to see available actions. Some actions are only available to administrators. Contact your admin for more information.

 Will Data from the previous design be impacted with this update?

No! All your data and datasets will remain unchanged and are still in the “My Datasets” tab of the platform. This updated design just makes its easier and quicker to find them.
