1. Dashboard
The side menu on the left is your IntelliBoard launch pad. By clicking "Monitors", you'll bring up the monitor names in the order of their creation.
2. Choose your LMS Instance
If you have multiple LMS Connections associated with your account, please select which LMS site(s) to review within the report.
3. Monitor Set Name

Your data is too valuable not to share. Clicking the "Share Arrow" icon allows you to Export as an Excel, PDF, or CSV document (this file will go to the Export History, where you can download it directly to your device), Email, Schedule, Bookmark and Share your report. Email:Step 1 Add the recipient's email Step 2 Edit Subject line, if necessary Step 3 Select Attachment type: XLS, CSV, or PDF Step 4 Create and format the Message which will appear as the email body SEND Send Email (or Cancel or go back to the report from the top right hand corner) Schedule:Boxed Items Each step will need to be successfully completed and then the next step will automatically populate. 2 - Name 3 - Subject 4 - Status 5 - Notification Expiration Date 6 - Attachment 7 - Frequency 8 - Message 9 - SAVE Share:Clicking "Share" will allow you to create an API key that will allow you to either share an external link or Embed the monitor set. First select the connection you wish to share and set the expiration date. The width/height refers to the embed code. Share the External Link or use the Embed Code to share your data. NOTE: Sharing the External Link or the Embed Code allows a person external to App.IntelliBoard.net access to view the full report and utilize all filters. Please share and embed accordingly. |
