|
Identifies athletic eligibility risks by listing learners with a course grade of 72 or lower. Displays each learner's course grade, comparison to peers, percentage of activities completed (course progress), and number of missing and late assignments. Athletic coaches and advisors can monitor and address academic risks and send notifications directly to learners regarding at-risk status and intervention strategies. |
Roles that may benefit from this report:
Athletic Coaches: Athletic Coaches use the At-Risk Athlete with Courses report to identify athletes with grades below 72%, compare their performance to peers, and address missing assignments to prevent eligibility issues.
Academic Advisors: Can use to identify students at risk of falling below athletic eligibility standards, compare their performance to peers, and provide personalized academic support by addressing missing or late assignments and guiding them toward improvement strategies.

Number of Individual At-Risk Learners: Total number of unique learners that are considered At-Risk, with a course grade of 72% or below. 1 learner may be At-Risk in 7 courses. This is counted as 1 At-Risk learner.
