Notification Creator/Quick Send We hear and understand the challenges our clients facing daily. So we are expending functionality and adding more flexibility. Often instead of having each teacher is a separate row in a report we use concatenation to not multiply rows by teachers, if there are more than one, teaching a course. For such use cases we have added ability to send notifications based on datasets where list of emails is concatenated in one row. Component Filters usability update(formerly Global Filters) Component filter is a key feature when we are talking about interactive dashboards, where all elements are interconnected and related. In order to get quick and fast access to critical data on dashboards shown in different views(charts, tables) we provide component filters feature, that allows to filter dashboard elements buy clicking on specific chart element on another element. SQL Builder Filters We are working on improving our SQL builder that supports manual SQL for those that need to cover very specific user stories. We have added ability to construct select filters in SQL builder with ability to categorize values by other data field (e.g. course may be organized by categories) Creador de notificaciones/Envío rápido
Actualización de usabilidad de filtros de componentes (anteriormente, filtros globales) El filtro de componentes es una característica clave cuando hablamos de paneles interactivos, donde todos los elementos están interconectados y relacionados. Para obtener un acceso rápido a datos críticos en paneles que se muestran en diferentes vistas (gráficos, tablas), proporcionamos la función de filtros de componentes, que permite filtrar elementos del panel haciendo clic en un elemento de gráfico específico en otro elemento. Mejoramos el proceso de configuración de esos filtros y ahora se pueden configurar directamente en el panel en la pestaña Filtros en lugar de hacerlo individualmente en cada componente. Total Submission Graded: Calculated by IntelliBoard based on LMS data. Provides a number of submissions graded by an instructor in a course. Total Feedback Provided: Calculated by IntelliBoard based on LMS data. Provides total number of feedback given to users submissions by a teacher in a course. Total Forum Posts: Calculated by IntelliBoard. Provides total number of forum posts made by a teacher across all discussions in a course. Total Forum Replies: Calculated by IntelliBoard based on LMS data. Provides the total number of replies made by a teacher across all discussions in a course. New Datapoints supporting Financial Aid Reporting First Action in a Course, First Activity name, First Activity Type: Calculated based of assignments, quizzes and discussions in a course and provides date when user with learner role performed very first submission, quiz attempt or post to a discussion. Provides respective associated Activity Name when that first action by a learner was performed and its type. Last Action in a Course, Last Activity Name, First Activity Name: Calculated based of assignments, quizzes and discussions in a course and provides date when user with learner role performed very last submission, quiz attempt or post to a discussion. New Fields in User Table: For Moodle Based LMS we have added native optional user fields to our unified schema: Users Institution New Field in Courses table: DFW Rate: Calculated by IntelliBoard based in LMS data. Counts users with learner LMS role with D course grade + Learners with F course grade + withdrawn ones divided by a total number of learners in a course. Represented as a percentage. Course Short Name: Course short name from LMS was added for Moodle-based LMSs Default Sorting for Charts We keep expanding usability and flexibility. We have added the ability to set default sort for Bar Charts. Multilevel Table Type As part of flexibility improvements and functionality expansion we added the ability to build the Multilevel table type report using custom SQL code in order to allow you to fulfill your specific needs. Indication of Component (Global Filter) We have added additional indication if component filter is used within a dashboard. Now when you click on specific chart element in order to filter other dashboard elements it adds respective indicators to filtered elements to show which filter was applied.
