From within any dataset, click the “Share” button in the top right corner, above the column headers. Click “Email” from the dropdown menu. Fill out the notification form and click “Send” button.

Hit enter after each email address to add more. Subject: The subject line that will show to recipients. It automatically populates with the title of the report but can be edited. Attachment: This is the type of file the attachment will be sent as. File type options are: XLXS, CSV, or PDF Message: The body of the email message that will show to recipients. Send: Click "Send" to send the email or "Cancel" to abort and return to the dataset.
