Description: The Assignment Status Detail report displays learner completion status, engagement, and score.
Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructors: Can use the Assignment Status Detail Report to see a list of learner status and participation in each recent activity in my course(s) to monitor student progress and check for how well students are participating in each activity type (filtered by activity type), especially for high-performing and struggling students (filtered by grades) or critical courses (filter by course).

Full Name
User’s first and last name
User SIS ID
An arbitrary ID code number, perhaps from the institution
Email
User’s Primary Email Address as entered in the LMS. In IntelliBoard Pro, it displays as a clickable mailto link that automatically opens a new email in your default email client and prefills the “to” email address.
Course Roles
The name of a role that can be assigned to a user within a course or other context
Course
Course name as it appears in the LMS system. It is a clickable link to the course page in the LMS. You must be logged in the LMS to have access.
Course SIS ID
The unique value automatically created for each course by the connected SIS data.
Category
Friendly name (everyday name) of a category unit used to group courses or subcategories
Term
The name of the term, a set period of time often used to organize courses, as defined on the connected platform
Activity
The name of the activity as populated in the LMS. This is not attached to the URL for the activity in the LMS. It is useful when downloading a report as .csv or .xlsx file.
Activity Type
Name of the activity, such as “Assignment” or “Quiz”
Date Graded
Date of when the grade was entered
View Grade page
Links to the LMS Grade page, must be signed in to the LMS to access.
Date Submitted
Date of when the assignment was submitted
Activity Completed
Date of activity completion if the activity has been completed
Score
Learner's current grade in course
Status
Displays status of a grade object as either “Published” or “Unpublished”

Course
