Inactive Users in System (Inactive Users)

Description: The Inactive User report displays all users’ enrollment date as well as first and last access.

Report Filters:

Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled

Number of Days Inactive: Filter Report based on the number of Inactive Days: 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 30, or 90

Role: Filter Report to show only specific user roles

Columns in Report:

First Name

User’s First Name

Last Name

User’s Last Name

Email

User’s Primary Email Address as entered in the LMS. In IntelliBoard Pro, it displays as a clickable mailto link that automatically opens a new email in your default email client and prefills the “to” email address.

Created

Timestamp for when the user account was created in the LMS

First Access

Date of the user’s first access of the LMS

Last Access Date

Date of the user’s most recent access of the LMS

Last Login

Timestamp for the most recent user login to the platform. Displays 0 if the user has not yet logged in.
