Description: Displays detailed information about instructor behavior within courses and learners, including instructor email and a link to the course, and count of submissions broken out by grade status. Can be filtered by category/course, course start date, and course end date.
Roles that may benefit from this report:
Academic Deans: Can use the Course Readiness Report to monitor instructor engagement and ensure that courses are being actively managed and graded on time, facilitating consistent academic standards across departments.
Registrars: Can rely on the Course Readiness Report to verify that courses are properly set up and running smoothly, ensuring that records align with official academic timelines and student needs.
Header Data:
This data updates when filters are utilized.
Total Courses: Displays the total number of courses in the report

Course Name
Course name as it appears in the LMS system. It is a clickable link to the course page in the LMS. You must be logged in the LMS to have access.
Terms Name
The name of the term, a set period of time often used to organize courses, as defined on the connected platform
Sub-Account Name
The name of the sub-account, may be Department name, College Name, etc.
Courses Code
User-defined code for the course, typically the SIS ID
Course SIS Code
The unique value automatically created for each course by the connected SIS data.
Course Format
The format of the course. May display as “Online,” “On-Campus,” “Blended” or other formats set in the LMS.
Course Start
Date for the scheduled start of the course
Course End
Date for the scheduled end of the course
Course Status
Displays whether the course is visible in the LMS as “Active” or “Inactive”
Instructor Emails
Email contact for the course Instructor(s)
Instructor Last Access
Date of the user’s most recent access of the LMS
Number of Active Learners
Total number of active learners in course
Last Access of a Learner
Date of user’s last access to the course, in this case, date of most recent user’s access to the course.
Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)

The unique value automatically created for each course by the connected LMS system
Report Filters:
Course Name
