IntelliBoard is able to connect to additional tools frequently used by many of our clients. Below is a list and steps on connecting these SubConnectors to IntelliBoard.
Ellucian Banner
Log in to IntelliBoard using the primary account holder information.
Click the “Integrations” tab
Click the “+ Connect” button on the Ellucian Banner tile.
A Connection Information Box will appear. Completed the fields as needed.
Connection: Select your primary LMS connection from the dropdown menu
Ellucian Banner API Key: Add the Ellucian Banner API Key. (See Ellucian documentation or open a support ticket with Ellucian for more information.)
Ellucian Column for Relation Mapping: Specify how data from Ellucian’s system should be mapped or linked to corresponding fields in IntelliBoard. Select “Map Ellucian Data to Email” or “Map Ellucian Data to SIS ID.”
Ellucian Banner Processing Frequency: Select how frequently you want the Ellucian data to sync: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Every 90 Days.
Ellucian Banner Processing Time: Set the time you want processing to occur. We recommended setting for an overnight hourClick “Save”
Ellucian Colleague
Log in to IntelliBoard using the primary account holder information.
Click the “Integrations” tab
Click the “+ Connect” button on the Ellucian Colleague tile.
A Connection Information Box will appear. Completed the fields as needed.
Connection: Select your primary LMS connection from the dropdown menu

Qwickly Attendance
Log in to IntelliBoard using the primary account holder information.
Click the “Integrations” tab
Click the “+ Connect” button on the Ellucian Colleague tile.
A Connection Information box with appear. Complete the fields as needed.
Connection: Select your primary LMS connection from the dropdown menu
Qwickly Data feed URL: Paste the Data feed URL here. (See Data feed URL instructions below.)
Qwickly API Key: Paste the API Key here. (See Key instructions below.)
Qwickly Secret Key: Past the Secret Key here. (See Key instructions below.)
Qwickly Processing Frequency: Select how frequently you want Qwickly data to sync: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Every 90 Days.
Qwickly Processing Time: Set the time you want processing to occur. We recommended setting for an overnight hour.Click “Save.”
Go to https://www.qwickly.tools and log in with your Qwickly credentials.
Click on the “Manage Attendance” button in your LMS instance. You will be redirected to sign into your LMS.
Click the “Data Feeds” tab in the left hand menu.
Click the “Create an Attendance Data Feed” button.
Name the Data Feed and select all the data you want to see in a report. Then scroll to the bottom and click the “Continue” button.
Click the “Copy Download Link” button for the Attendance Data Feed you created and paste it in the Qwickly Data Feed URL field in the IntelliBoard Connection Information box above.
Go to https://www.qwickly.tools and log in with your Qwickly credentials.
Copy and Paste the API Developer Key ID in the Qwickly API Key field in the IntelliBoard Connection Information box. Copy and Paste the API Developer Key Secret in the Qwickly Secret Key Field.
