Notifications Overview

IntelliCart offers you to set up different Notifications to be sent if some condition happens. 

To find IntelliCart Notifications:

  1. From IntelliCart, open the Administration.

  2. From Administration, click on Settings. 

  3. From there, select Notifications.

  1. Search - Search notifications by their subjects.

  2. Subject - Notification subject as entered.

  3. Current Status - Notification status as selected (active/inactive).

  4. Edit - Edit the notification to make it more specific for your audience.

  5. Status - Choose whether the notification is active or inactive.

Notifications Description

  1. Order Completed
    Add a notification message clients will get when their order is fully completed. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.
    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{user_fullname}}: Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{products_list]]: The list of products a client bought.
    {{order_id}}: The ID that was automatically created for the order.
    {{amount}}: Amount of the order that was paid (including discount(s)).
    {{discount}}: Discount (coupon, discount, etc.) client got when they purchased a product.
    {{subtotal}}: The total price for all products that were bought.
    {{currency}}: Type of currency that was paid for the product(s).
    {{shipping_information}}: Client's address, phone number, additional notes for product delivery.

  2. Product Available based on your waitlist position
    Add a notification message clients will get when products they have in the waitlist become available for purchasing. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{product}}: The name of product client has in a waitlist.
    {{user_full_name}}: Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.

  3. New Comment Notifications
    Add a notification message person who added a review for a product will get when someone leaves a comment for it. You can add tags that will be automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{product}}: Product name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{sender_full_name}}: Comment sender's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{recipient_full_name}}: First and Last Name of the person who added a review as entered in the LMS system.
    {{review_text}}: Text of the comment that comment sender has left.

     

  4. New review notifications
    Add a notification message Vendor Manager will get when some vendor user leaves a review for a product under this vendor. Notification will be sent to admin (or a person who can manage reviews) if Enable Seats Vendors configuration is disabled. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{product}}: Product name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{sender_full_name}}: Sender's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{recipient_full_name}}: Manager's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{review_text}}: Text of the review that sender has left.
    {{review_rating}}: Rating of the review that sender has left.

     

  5. Order Rejected
    Add a notification message clients will get when their invoice purchasing is rejected. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{user_fullname}}: Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{products_list}}: The list of products client buys.
    {{order_id}}: The ID that was automatically created for the order.
    {{amount}}: Amount of the order that was paid (including discount(s)).
    {{discount}}: Discount (coupon, discount, etc.) client got when they purchased a product.
    {{subtotal}}: The total price for all products that were bought.
    {{currency}}: Type of currency that was paid for the product(s).

  6. Sent invoice notification message
    Add a notification message clients will get when they buy product(s) via invoice. You can add tags that will automatically change with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{user_fullname}}: Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{products_list}}: The list of products client buys.
    {{order_id}}: The ID that was automatically created for the order.
    {{amount}}: Amount of the order that was paid (including discount(s)).
    {{discount}}: Discount (coupon, discount, etc.) client got when they purchased a product.
    {{subtotal}}: The total price for all products that were bought.
    {{currency}}: Type of currency that was paid for the product(s).

  7. Send checkout pending notification message
    Add a notification message for a person who has pending products in a cart. You can add tags that will be automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    NOTE: You can set up the pending period in Notification settings under Administration > Settings > Configuration. Read about this setting HERE (point 2).

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{user_fullname}}:First and Last Name of the person who has pending products in a cart as entered in the LMS system.
    {{products_list}}:Product names as entered in the LMS system.

  8. Invoice payment notification message
    Add a notification message admin (or a person who can approve invoices) will get when client buys product(s) via invoice. You can add tags that will automatically changed with the order information. Tags MUST be in 2 braces {{...}}.

    SUPPORTED TAGS:

    {{user_fullname}}: Client's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{recipient_fullname}}: Admin's First and Last Name as entered in the LMS system.
    {{order_id}}: The ID that was automatically created for the order.
    {{amount}}: Amount of the order that was paid (including discount(s)).
    {{discount}}: Discount (coupon, discount, etc.) client got when they purchased a product.
    {{subtotal}}: The total price for all products that were bought.
