Description:

The Athlete Course Progress Monitoring report shows student's score, progress and activity in courses. This version is intended to monitor academic eligibility, and uses the following scale: 0-72%, 73-82%, and 83+% as risk benchmarks.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Athletic Coaches: Can use the Athlete Course Progress Monitoring report to track athletes' scores and course activity, ensuring they remain academically eligible by identifying those in danger of falling below required thresholds.

Header Data:

Data in these fields updates when filters are utilized.

Course Grade 0-72%: Total number of learners whose course grade falls between 0 - 72%. This range is considered At-Risk.

Course Grade 73-82%: Total number of learners whose course grade falls between 73 - 82%.

Course Grade 83%+: Total number of learners whose course grade falls between 82% and above.

 First Name

User’s First Name

 Last Name

User’s Last Name

 Email

User’s Primary Email Address as entered in the LMS. In IntelliBoard Pro, it displays as a clickable mailto link that automatically opens a new email in your default email client and prefills the “to” email address.

 Course Name

Friendly name (or everyday name) for the course. This is not attached to the URL for the course in the LMS. It is useful when downloading a report as .csv or .xlsx file.

 Course Average (All Learners)

Average grade of all learners in the course

 Course Grade (Learner)

Course Grade displayed as a percentage out of 100

 Course Grade Letter (Learner)

Course Grade displayed by letter grade

 Days Since Last Activity

Number of days since the user last had any activity within the course.

 Days Since Last Submission

Show number of days since user submitted an activity (assignment, quiz, forum post, etc) in a course. Decimals can be used to measure partial days, i.e. 2.5 days. Standard rounding rules are used. Is determined by “Current Date - Date of Last submission.”

 Percent Completed Activities

The percentage of completed activities in the course

 Completed Activities out of Required

Displays the number of completed activities out of the total number of activities required for completion (e.g., 5/10)

 Page Views

The number of times a user has viewed a given activity within a course over time (as calculated by IntelliBoard)

 Course Total Time Spent

Total amount of time spent by user in the course on the LMS

Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)

 Full Name

User’s first and last name

 User SIS ID

An arbitrary ID code number, perhaps from the institution

 User ID

The unique value automatically created for each user by the connected LMS system

 Time Spent

Sum total of User’s time spent in a course or of all users in a course, dependent upon the report.

 Last Submission

Date of last assignment submitted in course

 Last Activity

Timestamp for the last activity of the learner in the enrolled course

 0-72%

This columns displays if the course grade is missing or 0; if so, it returns 0. Otherwise, it returns 1 if the course grade is 72 or above, and 0 if the grade is below 72. This column is used to inform the Data Headers and is usually kept hidden.

 73-82%

This columns displays if the course grade is missing or 0; if so, it returns 0. If the grade is between 73 and 82 (inclusive), it returns 1. For any other grade, it returns 0 This column is used to inform the Data Headers and is usually kept hidden.

 83%+

This columns displays if the course grade is missing or 0; if so, it returns 0. If the grade is between 83 and above (inclusive), it returns 1. For any other grade, it returns 0 This column is used to inform the Data Headers and is usually kept hidden.
