Report: Activity Completion

Description: The Activity Completion crosstab report shows one row for each student enrolled in the course and one column for each activity, with a visual indicator of status. The Course filter is required.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructor: An instructor would use the Activity Completion Report to track each student's progress on course activities, identifying who has completed assignments and who may need additional support.
Manager: A manager would use the report to oversee the completion rates of course activities across courses, ensuring educational goals and deadlines are being met.

Full Name

User’s first and last name

Activities ID

The unique value automatically created for each activity by the connected LMS system

Activities Name

The name of the activity as populated in the LMS. This is not attached to the URL for the activity in the LMS. It is useful when downloading a report as .csv or .xlsx file.

Completion Status

Displays the completion status of an activity, such as “Complete Pass,” “Complete Fail,” or “Incomplete”
