Instructors or Advisors: Can use predictive learning analytics to predict learners who may be at risk in the future.
This report is used to train a Predictive Learning Analytics model. The success target is achievement of a passing grade within 90 days of Enrollment Start Date. Predictors (model features) are based on standardized metrics of participation in available course activities of three main types (Quizzes, Assignments, and Forums.
Header Data:
Rows: The number of rows in the report
Proportion Current: Proportion of learners who are current in the course
Proportion Passed: Proportion of learners who have passed the course

Current
Displays the number of days remaining before the scheduled end of the course. Will display as 0 if the expected end date has passed.
Course Grade Calculation Title

Passed
Shows score to determine if learner has passed the course.
Visits/Activity
The number of visits per activity in the course
Time/Activity
The average time spent on activities as determined by the total time spent in activities divided by the total number of activities in the course.
Participations/Activity
The average participation in activities as determined by the total participations in activities divided by the total number of activities in the course.
Submissions/Assignment
The average number of submissions on assignments as determined by the total number of submissions divided by the total number of assignments in the course.
Attempts/Quiz
The average number of attempts on quizzes as determined by the total number of attempts divided by the total number of quizzes in the course.
Posts/Forum
The average number of posts in forums as determined by the total number of posts by learner divided by the total number of forums in the course.
Visits and Course Final Grade
This chart shows the relationship between a learner's visits to the course and its activities and the course final grade. A regression line is included. The chart can be filtered by course and category and by date of visit.
Horizontal Axis: Number of Visits to the Course
Vertical Axis: Course Final Grade
Sort By: Visits, Course Final Grade, or Student Grade

Filters chart to show results by visit date. Filter can be set to: Exact, Range, Before, or After specific date.

Prediction Outcome: Learners at Risk (Per Enrollment)
This report contains the most recent predictions from any Predictive Learning Analytics model with one prediction per enrollment, along with course grade, progress, and common predictor values. The report can be filtered by course name and category, by enrollment creation date, and by prediction value.
