Moving Library Content to My Datasets

IntelliBoard Pro’s landing page is comprised of two main components: “Library” and “My Datasets.” The “Library” is the home of IntelliBoard’s default dashboards, charts, and reports as well as any datasets that have been created, published, and approved by your organization. Moving high priority and frequently used datasets to “My Datasets” allows for quicker access.

To move content from the “Library” to “My Datasets:”

Find and open the dataset (dashboard, report, chart) in the “Library.”
Click the +Add button in the top right corner.
The dataset will now appear in “My Datasets.”

Can I edit datasets?

If you have Builder permissions, you can clone a dataset and then edit that dataset. Contact your IntelliBoard administrator for more information.

Will datasets update after moving them to "My Datasets?"

When a dataset is added to “My Datasets” is it the same report that appears in “Library.” If IntelliBoard or your Organization updates this report, it will automatically update in “My Datasets.”

If the report has been cloned to be edited in Builder, the report will not automatically update and may have to be recreated to reflect updates.
